- Because legally they aren't allowed to ship any code that supports
- analog 33.6K speeds outside the U.S. borders at this time. Since there
- is no way to determine that an email address is within the U.S. they
- cannot send it that way. Obviously there is also no way to restrict FTP
- access to just U.S. locations either.
